Consignments
Our Consignment option is geared towards horses that are trained and ready to market. If a tune up is required the Training costs can be prorated back to a weekly basis.
We will not represent a horse as something it is not. If it has an issue, a hole or a quirk we know about, the customer/buyer will know as well.
WE WILL LIMIT horses listed on www.coldwatercreekranch.com to speed-bred Quarter Horses and Thoroughbreds.
Website Consigning:
$12 until your horse sells.
Includes: Advertising on our website, as well as several social media outlets
Consignment Packages:
Ranch Packages - One time fee's of:
$50/5 horses until they sell
$90/10 horses until they sell
$350 for as many horses as you would like, and they will remain a listing until each of them sells.
Front Page Placement - One time fee of:
$7.50/3 months or $25/Full Year -Thumbnail
$15/3 months or $55/Full Year - Quarter Block

- No Monthly fee, No Expiration date.
- We will use the client's logo, brand on their page, racing colors, or we can even create a logo for their page as part of the one time fee.
- Horse owner will include as many photos of the horse, but no more than 10 per horse. Horse owner will also provide us with pedigree information, as well as a detailed description of each horse including the horse's dispostion, conformation, ability, training, soundness and price, or if the horse is being sold under private treaty.
- We will, however, provide pedigree research, if needed and will bill the cost to the owner.
- Horse owner may add or update photos whenever wanted. If extensive manipulation to an ad is needed, such as additions, photo edits, research, updates, etc. are needed by the seller, that require more than 1 hour of work, will be charged an additional $30 per request.
